90 days new parts warranty (excluding electronic products and car keys)
60 day warranty for car keys
30 days of any labor preformed- Unless parts were recommended to be replaced by the locksmith technician (example- repairs and installs)
14 day warranty for any electronic product (keypads, electric strikes)
Call backs or returned services beyond the associated guarantee periods will subject to a service fee at minimum.
We are not responsible for any misuse or damages to the locks provided and/or serviced by the end user.
Furthermore, we are not responsible for any damages resulting from weather or climate related issues and subsequent visits will be subject to a service fee for on-site services unless otherwise specified.
